3 Ways To Treat Chronic Bad Breath

As the oil moves over the tongue, gums, roof of the mouth, inner cheeks and teeth, it collects oral bacteria. The bacteria remain trapped in the oil and are discarded when the oil is released into a trash receptacle.
Studies show that oil pulling is as effective as chlorhexidine at eliminating the microorganisms that cause bad breath.
Hydrogen Peroxide Rinse
Rinsing your mouth and gargling with hydrogen peroxide can help eliminate bacteria that release offensive odors. Hydrogen peroxide releases oxygen, which is fatal to anaerobic oral bacteria. However, be sure not use a concentration of hydrogen peroxide that is higher than three percent. High concentrations can cause chemical burns in your mouth.
